Second edition of the brand new WHS newsletter "The Tributer" is live

The second edition of the Cornish Mining Tributer newsletter is now live within the members’ area of the website. 

This follows the launch of the brand new “Tributer” scheme in January 2021, which offers Cornish Mining World Heritage Site supporters an opportunity to pledge £24 a year to support the World Heritage Site Office’s work. 

The portal has been created as part of the new website as a thank you to our valued Tributers and contains research papers, an exclusive unwatermarked image gallery alongside the “Tributer” newsletter archive. 

The new edition is packed with information from across the Site, including the Cornish Caretakers’ brand new interactive online learning platform project, migration research, an interview with a Geevor miner, a feature on women in mining and our regular “Way Back When” and “News from the Archive” features; this is an edition to be proud of.

The team hopes all our Tributers enjoy the new edition and hopefully learn something new about our fantastic World Heritage Site!
