Discovering UK UNESCO Industrial Heritage

The Cornwall and West Devon Mining Landscape World Heritage Site is delighted to be part of the UK UNESCO Industrial Heritage Trail, showcasing the rich industrial heritage of our UNESCO designation alongside 21 other internationally significant UNESCO sites across the United Kingdom.

The newly published UK UNESCO Industrial Heritage Trail brings together 22 UNESCO designations in celebration of the United Kingdom’s internationally significant industrial heritage, creating a trail for enthusiasts and visitors to explore. The trail showcases the people, places and innovations that helped shape the modern world, connecting UNESCO World Heritage Sites, Biosphere Reserves, Global Geoparks and Creative Cities through a shared industrial story.
